Many of our homes are located in the Creekridge Sub-division, just off Morgan Mill Rd., (Hwy 200N.) about 1 mile from Quincy's Restaurant. The average home is 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath with Central Heat and Air and ALL Electric (no Gas), Concrete Driveways and are usually $925 per month. There are a few that are priced lower and higher accordingly. This is a nice family neighborhood.
We also have many homes throughout Union County, (scattered here and there) but mostly in Monroe.

Rent & Deposit

Our Security Deposits are $350.00 (unless noted otherwise).

There are NO appliances and NO utilities included with our homes.

We allow most pets (up to 2) if they are not of Vicious Breed or Vicious Nature (Rules of our insurance company).

Our leases are a minimum of 1 year, and we hope that you enjoy our home and choose to stay for many more.

There is NO Application fee. We are honored that you have applied with us and there will be NO charge. You will need to complete the application as thoroughly as possible. We will need Copies of Current and valid Driver's License or I.D. issued from the DMV and a copy of your Social Security Card or W-7 Card, for anyone reporting income on the application. We will also need Proof of your Income, such as paychecks, etc. We do NOT check credit reports. We have an independent team that checks for criminal history and prior evictions. Applications are always accepted and kept on file for 30-90 days for the next available home.
